•    Design and construction management of a multi-phased, multiple-project process upgrade initiative.  The project scope included the installation of a new manufacturing process, new and relocated packaging equipment, and plant infrastructure upgrades.  The initial phase included the successful completion of $20MM in equipment and installation cost during an initial 5-week holiday shutdown.  The work was executed 24/7, total project budget: $45MM.
•    In addition to new process equipment installations, plant utility systems were upgraded and expanded.  Specific projects included raw meat processing, electrical infrastructure upgrades and expansions, waste water treatment re-build, refrigeration plant expansion, relocation of processing lines from other facilities, welfare area re-construction.
•    During the project, UCC negotiated the design and construction management of a $3mm consumer product manufacturing and packaging process project installed at the plant.
