•    Office, laboratory, research and development and manufacturing facility which manufactures food and blood testing kits.  One of the primary uses of the “kit” is for detecting HIV in blood samples which are distributed worldwide.
•    This ongoing relationship started during the summer of 2007.  Other projects include a combustible powder dispensing area, chiller water plant expansion, laboratory renovations (BSL-3 and other R&D labs), office improvements, and warehouse improvements.
•    Renovation of existing plant areas to house a new resin filling line.  Facility and utility improvements totaled approximately $8MM all of which were associated with this $25MM project.
